Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the 590 platform’s systems.
Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
Using the platform for any illegal purposes or to facilitate unlawful activities.

Payment Information, Deposits, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 590 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow and bank transfers through major Malaysian banks. Available payment methods may vary and will be shown in your account section.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account according to the processing time of the chosen payment method. 590 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors. If your deposit is not credited within the expected time, please contact customer support with your transaction proof.

For fund withdrawals, users must submit a request through the account section on the platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the registered and verified bank account in the user’s name. 590 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals exceeding set limits. Processing time depends on the chosen method and account verification status.

Funds credited as bonuses or rewards may be subject to separate wagering requirements. Detailed terms for each promotion or bonus are included in the specific promotional terms, and users are encouraged to read these carefully before claiming any offer.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of confirmed suspension or closure due to term violations, remaining balances in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may submit a request to the 590 support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded once all verification requirements are met according to the established procedures.

All content on the 590 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 590 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content without prior written permission from 590.

By using the platform, you agree to the data management practices described in that policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

590 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notices or registered email.
